Health & Social Care professional referrals only.
The Adaptations Grant is a new grant scheme helping residents remain independent in their home. Applicants who meet eligibility, income criteria and must have savings under £6,000.00, can be referred by a Health or Social Care Professional to receive support and access low level adaptations.
Anyone who lives in the district who require low level adaptations and meets eligibility can be referred for an Adaptations Grant.
The Adaptations Grant can be considered where the assistance provided through the grant is part of a package of overall support or will resolve a single identified housing support need.
